The Ritenour “prize patrol” surprised four top Ritenour staff members on March 9 in their schools to announce that they’ve been selected as the 2026 top district employees: Ritenour Diamond Circle Teacher of the Year, Employee of the Year, Make A Difference Award honoree and First Class Teacher.

More than 380 Ritenour High School (RHS) students hosted more than 230 athletes on April 8, for the 10th annual Special Olympics Track & Field event.

Voters in the Ritenour School District elected Kelly Adams and re-elected Brad Thomas and Penny Degardin to the Ritenour Board of Education in the April 7, 2026 election.
